GLOBE computer

In a distant future Asaria brings aid to struggling human worlds in her starship

The Jarillion.

At least she tries to .................

I am GLOBE

Self-assessment test has been conducted.

Results are as follows:-

Conclusion 1

Primary personality function is in good order and well within the normal tolerances defined as 'computer sanity'.

Unarmed shuttles, navigation satellites and small asteroids are all reasonable offensive targets. Logic section also confirms that they have it coming to them. Staff concerns on battle plans against all approaching objects can be dismissed.

Conclusion 2

This being the case it is recommended that full autonomy of weapons systems be returned to the Globe computer. If I zap someone it will be a rational act, and will make a nice big explosion too.

Possibility of error in self-assessment - 88%. This seems perfectly acceptable to me and can I test the cannons please?
